The Simple Process We Follow to Get our Athletes Training As Fast As Possible!

STEP 1- Fill Out The Form

Step 2 - The Discovery Call!

This is our chance to learn more about your athlete, understand exactly what you’re looking for, and share how we can help. We’ll go over all the details, answer every question, and make sure you have a clear picture of how we work. If it feels like the right fit for everyone, we’ll schedule your athlete’s 100% FREE Performance Evaluation so we can take the next step toward their goals.

Step 3 - The Performance Evaluation

This is your opportunity to tour our facility, meet our coaching staff, and make sure we’re the right fit before committing. During the evaluation, we’ll gather all the key information we need to design your athlete’s customized program. The session takes just 20–30 minutes, and once it’s complete, we move right into Step 4—breaking down the results and mapping out the game plan for your athlete’s success.

Step 4 - The Evaluation Break down

This is where we sit down with you and your athlete to review everything we discovered during the evaluation. We’ll walk you through the results, explain what they mean, and ask a few key questions to fill in any gaps. This conversation ensures we’re all on the same page and allows us to start building a customized program that’s perfectly aligned with your athlete’s goals.

Step 5 - Build Your Package

If you’re ready to move forward, this is where we create the perfect training plan for your athlete. You’ll choose how many days per week you want to train and select the package that works best for your needs. Then, we’ll also lock in your first training session. From there, our coaching staff gets to work designing your customized program so we can hit the ground running.

Step 6 - The Coaching Staff Gets to Work

We custom-build every program from the ground up—no cookie-cutter templates here. Your athlete’s plan will be tailored to their goals, needs, and evaluation results, and it will be ready to go for their very first training session.

Step 7 - The Fun Begins

If your first session isn’t already scheduled, our coaching staff will reach out as soon as your program is ready to get you on the calendar. On day one, we’ll onboard your athlete, walk them through the plan, and hit the ground running. From there, we continually adjust the program, progressing when they are ready and regressing when it’s smart to pull back. We always ensure steady, safe progress. Our goal is to deliver results quickly, in a sustainable way, that builds a foundation for long-term success, maximizes performance, and keeps your athlete healthy and confident season after season.

WHAT IS THREE RIVERS PERFORMANCE?

Three Rivers Performance (formerly Durkin Sports Performance) is a semi-private strength and conditioning facility specializing in athlete development. We provide customized training programs in a focused, coach-led environment for athletes of all ages and skill levels.

WHAT DOES “SEMI-PRIVATE” TRAINING MEAN?

Semi-private training means each athlete follows their own custom program designed for their specific needs—but trains in a small group setting (max 7 athletes per session) under the guidance of a certified coach. It combines the personal attention of 1-on-1 training with the energy and motivation of a team atmosphere.

HOW IS MY PROGRAM CUSTOMIZED TO ME?

Every athlete starts with a movement and performance assessment. Based on your age, sport, training history, and goals, we build a program specifically designed to address your needs—whether that’s building strength, increasing speed, improving mobility, or peaking for tryouts or playoffs.

At 3RP, every athlete follows their own customized program—built specifically for their goals, needs, and sport. Even if you're training alongside friends or other athletes, you'll always be working on exactly what you need to take your performance to the next level and become the athlete you’ve always wanted to be.

WHAT IS THE SCHEDULE LIKE?

We offer flexible training times throughout the week to accommodate your school, sport, and travel schedule. There’s no need to stick to the same days each week—come when it works for you. Since we work almost exclusively with athletes, we understand how unpredictable your calendar can be. Whether you train on Monday and Thursday one week, then Thursday and Friday the next, we’ve got you covered. Your program will be adjusted to ensure you’re recovering properly and still getting the results you need—without the risk of overtraining or burnout.

Our Weekly Schedule is as follows:

Monday-Thursday: 2:45pm, 4:00pm, 5:15pm and 6:30pm

Friday - 2:45pm, 4:00pm and 5:15pm

Saturday - 10:00am - 11:00am

Sundays: Closed

You can schedule all the way to an hour before the session or 3 months in advanced! Whatever works better for you!

WHAT HAPPENS IF I MISS A SESSION?

No problem! If you miss a session, we simply bank it for you to use at a later time. For example, if you're on a 2-day-per-week package and only make it in once this week, you can come a 3rd time another week—whenever it fits best into your schedule. We know athletes have busy, unpredictable routines, so we make it easy to stay consistent without stress.

Far to many facility's give you general workouts that just make you sweat and make you feel like you did something. Not at Three Rivers. With expert coaching, small group sizes, and a proven track record of helping athletes earn scholarships and reach the next level, we offer unmatched attention, education, and results.

DO YOU WORK WITH MULTI-SPORT ATHLETES?

Absolutely. We understand that many of our athletes play multiple sports throughout the year. That’s why our programming is flexible and built to complement your overall development—not just one sport unless you want it too. We help you stay durable, fast, and strong across all seasons. And most importantly, Injury FREE!

CAN I TRAIN IN-SEASON?

Yes! We specialize in in-season training. Our programs are adjusted based on your game and practice schedule to keep you strong, healthy, and performing without overtraining. We focus on maintenance, recovery, and keeping you sharp when it matters most.

Research shows that after just 8 weeks of not training, athletes lose 75% of the progress they made in the off season.

In-Season training is not just recommended, its a must!
