Every athlete at 3RP receives a fully customized training program tailored precisely to their individual goals and needs. Your journey begins with a complimentary performance evaluation, allowing our coaches to pinpoint exactly what's holding you back. From there, we create a personalized performance plan designed not only to enhance your abilities but also to correct imbalances, strengthen weaknesses, improve mobility, and dramatically reduce your risk of injury.

Our Semi- Private Memberships Structure offer the best value and flexibility. Share the cost of a Strength coach while doing a program that is tailored to your personal needs and goals. Train in groups of you and up to 6 other athletes for sessions that last from 45 to 60 minutes.
Semi- Private Strength and Conditioning IS NOT a fitness class. In a fitness class everyone does the same exercises. You will be doing your own customized program with others that are doing their own program which have all been personally programmed by our strength and conditioning staff. We always have between 1 and 3 coaches on the floor to make sure we can help you in any way that you need and answer any questions that you have!
Memberships are billed on a 4-week billing cycle. We do not accept cash or check for monthly memberships unless paid in full. We do require a one time $97 initiation fee that covers software subscription and programing overhead. For more information fill out the form below!

When I first started coming, I was not very confident that I could lift that much weight. A result of training here is I become a lot more confident, stronger, and an overall better hockey player. Three Rivers Performance (formerly Durkin Sports Performance) is a semi-private strength and conditioning facility specializing in athlete development. We provide customized training programs in a focused, coach-led environment for athletes of all ages and skill levels.
Semi-private training means each athlete follows their own custom program designed for their specific needs—but trains in a small group setting (max 7 athletes per session) under the guidance of a certified coach. It combines the personal attention of 1-on-1 training with the energy and motivation of a team atmosphere.

Every athlete starts with a movement and performance assessment. Based on your age, sport, training history, and goals, we build a program specifically designed to address your needs—whether that’s building strength, increasing speed, improving mobility, or peaking for tryouts or playoffs.
At 3RP, every athlete follows their own customized program—built specifically for their goals, needs, and sport. Even if you're training alongside friends or other athletes, you'll always be working on exactly what you need to take your performance to the next level and become the athlete you’ve always wanted to be.
We offer flexible training times throughout the week to accommodate your school, sport, and travel schedule. There’s no need to stick to the same days each week—come when it works for you. Since we work almost exclusively with athletes, we understand how unpredictable your calendar can be. Whether you train on Monday and Thursday one week, then Thursday and Friday the next, we’ve got you covered. Your program will be adjusted to ensure you’re recovering properly and still getting the results you need—without the risk of overtraining or burnout.
Our Weekly Schedule is as follows:
Monday-Thursday: 2:45pm, 4:00pm, 5:15pm and 6:30pm
Friday - 2:45pm, 4:00pm and 5:15pm
Saturday - 10:00am - 11:00am
Sundays: Closed
You can schedule all the way to an hour before the session or 3 months in advanced! Whatever works better for you!
No problem! If you miss a session, we simply bank it for you to use at a later time. For example, if you're on a 2-day-per-week package and only make it in once this week, you can come a 3rd time another week—whenever it fits best into your schedule. We know athletes have busy, unpredictable routines, so we make it easy to stay consistent without stress.
At Three Rivers Performance, we are not a typical “group workout” gym. We are a semi-private sports performance facility built around one simple principle:
Each athlete deserve a program built specifically for them — their goals, their weaknesses, their season, their future.
Because average programming creates average results…
And we are not in the business of building average athletes.
That means when an athlete walks through our doors, they are not thrown into a random workout of the day. They are not doing the same program as everyone else in the room. And they are definitely not just “sweating to feel like they did something.”
Each athlete trains in a small, focused semi-private setting — but follows their own fully customized performance program based on:
-Their sport

-Their age and training experience

-Their in-season or off-season phase
